Job Overview

Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced Classroom Coach (Arabic & English Speaking) to start in August 2025. The ideal candidate will support the Teacher in providing a high-quality educational experience for students by assisting the classroom management and student supervision.

Requirements

  • Secondary Education is mandatory
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times.

  • Working with the relevant teachers to appropriately support all matters pertaining to the day-to-day running of the school day.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation by getting resources ready and setting up equipment.
  • Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean and organised.
  • Communicate, where relevant, in a professional manner with parents.
