Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Al Ain is seeking a Classroom Assistant to support the lead teacher, prepare materials, and reinforce lessons. You will help manage a positive learning environment and monitor student progress, with opportunities to grow in education settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 2 years in similar roles, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Classroom Assistant or Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and monitoring the class schedule.
• Support teachers with lesson preparation, materials, and classroom equipment.
• Revise and reinforce lesson materials with students individually or in small groups.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, transitions, and field trips.
• Work with lead teachers to identify student needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Follow school policies, classroom rules, and applicable regulations.
• Attend training sessions, parent meetings, and faculty meetings.

Education
