Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Works Technician to perform painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry works, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will follow the Civil Works Supervisor's schedule, adhere to health and safety procedures, report concerns promptly, provide technical support, and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep properties in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Civil Works Technician in property management, facilities or construction.
• Experience in painting, gypsum, masonry, carpentry disciplines.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil works such as painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry as scheduled.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Report concerns, issues and client complaints promptly to the Supervisor for corrective action.

The Civil Works Technician is responsible for performing a variety of civil works, including painting, masonry, carpentry, and gypsum works. The role ensures timely completion of assigned tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

Education

Qualifications and Experience

Experience
