Job summary

Wasael Property Management in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled civil maintenance worker to perform assigned civil works such as painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry according to the supervisor's schedule.

You will follow health and safety standards at all times, report concerns to the supervisor, and provide technical assistance to keep properties in good repair. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and timely execution of tasks to uphold building integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil works such as painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry per schedule from the Civil Works Supervisor.
• Follow health and safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Report concerns, issues and complaints to the Supervisor for appropriate intervention.
• Provide technical assistance to the property to keep civil works in good condition.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Performing assigned civil works services such as painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry as per the schedule from the Civil Works Supervisor.
• Ensure to Follow health and safety standards and procedures at all times
• Immediately report concerns, issues, complaints to Supervisor for appropriate intervention.
• Provides technical assistance to the property handled to ensure that all works related to civil works are in good condition by fixing them

Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
