Joining within one week is preferred Experience should be in civil works Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of civil engineering components of projects Supervise and coordinate with design and site execution teams Review and approve technical drawings BOQs and design documents Provide technical input during tendering and bidding processes Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations Coordinate with architects structural engineers engineers and contractors Conduct technical evaluations and value engineering Review material submittals and method statements Identify and resolve technical issues onsite Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout execution Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Master s preferred Professional Engineering license or certification as per region Proven experience 10 years in UAE in a technical role in civil projects Knowledge of construction processes materials and legal regulations Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD STAAD Pro MS Project Primavera or equivalent Skills Required Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management Analytical and problemsolving skills Attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Preferred Industries Residential Towers
