Job summary

UAE - Integrated Facility Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee civil engineering tasks supporting facility operations. You will ensure maintenance and construction activities meet quality and safety standards, supporting clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Certifications or training in facility management are a plus.
• Strong understanding of integrated facility management principles.
• Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV system controls as they relate to civil operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and waste management protocols.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and convey instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil maintenance and repair activities across multiple sites.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and ensure timely completion of planned works.
• Interpret CAD drawings and technical documents to guide teams during project execution.
• Manage waste management systems to promote sustainability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HVAC, BMS, and CCTV specialists for integrated FM solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout projects.
• Utilize technology and data to track progress and streamline operations.
