• Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, daily reports, and incident logs to provide transparency and accountability.
• Implement effective safety measures and conduct safety training sessions to minimize workplace hazards and accidents.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans, providing guidance to teams for accurate execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
• Lead problem-solving efforts on-site, swiftly addressing any challenges to keep the project on track.
