Job summary

The Inspector – Civil, Structure and Tunnels Surveyor at AECOM in Dubai is responsible for verifying setting-out, levels, coordinates and as-built survey data to ensure construction is accurate and aligned with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include producing survey reports, verification records, control point checks and handover documentation while coordinating with engineers, contractors and PMCs on a major infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying or site inspection.
• Experience on large buildings, civil infrastructure, or tunnel projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to produce accurate survey records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Verify setting-out, alignment, levels and coordinates on site.
• Produce survey inspection reports and verification records.
• Check control points, benchmarks and accuracy of surveys.
• Generate as-built verification and handover documentation.
• Maintain daily survey observation records and progress notes.
