Job summary

A leading engineering company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled professional with 5-10 years of experience in piping and pipeline projects within the oil & gas sector. Key duties include ensuring the compliance of design drawings with project specifications, approving shop drawings, and providing technical guidance during installation. Mandatory ADNOC project experience is required. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Piping & pipeline projects within the oil & gas sector.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience in pipeline construction.
• Knowledge of design codes: AISC, BS, IS, Eurocode.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design drawings comply with project specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Provide technical guidance during erection and installation.
• Coordinate with fabricators and subcontractors.

Job description

• Knowledge of Structural analysis software and Drafting: AutoCAD Tekla Structures.
• Knowledge of design codes: AISC BS IS Eurocode.
• Ensure design drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Preparation of T.Q method statement and MAR.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection methods.
• Provide technical guidance during erection and installation.
• Coordination with fabricators and subcontractors for their T.Q work priorities and deliveries.
