Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, managing project timelines, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals on-site.
• Monitor project progress and report to management on developments.
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling for the project.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in luxury villas and hotels in Dubai/UAE.
• D.M Approved G+4 or G+12 experience.
• Trackness registration.
• Must have a valid Driving License in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferably fluent/knowledgeable in Arabic.
