Job Description

Responsible for execution of construction civil activities on site.

Managing and distributing manpower and equipment during the shift.

Implementation of daily schedule of work.

Checking the progress of the work at site as per the planned program on a daily basis.

Monitor materials at site and advise if any shortage.

Managing and supervising sub-contractors during the shift including verification of completed quantities (measurement sheet).

Ensuring that all HSE & QA/QC standards are implemented.

Coordinating with pre-construction team and survey team to proceed with work in correct locations.

Ensuring all works are done as per latest method statements and construction drawings.

Resolve all technical issues at site during the shift.

Verify and take required steps to protect existing services.

Ensure all works are done as per authorities' requirements.

Apply required permits from authorities (GASCO, Dolphin Energy, Takreer, TRANSCO, ADDC, Etisalat, Du).

Perform additional responsibilities that may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Civil Engineering Graduate with more than 7 years of construction experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven experience in construction as Site Engineer.
4. Preferably immediate joiners.
