Civil Project Engineer

Job Description: The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing a variety of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes managing resources, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing project plans and timelines
2. Managing project budgets and resources
3. Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
4. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
5. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budgets
6. Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet standards
7. Manage project budgets and track expenses, including cost control measures
8. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders
9. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
10. Ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards
11. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering contracting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
