Job Details:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience in planning and project control
• Proven experience in EPC projects within the oil & gas or construction sectors

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and baselines
• Track project progress and report to clients and management
• Coordinate all project phases including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Create action plans for recovery of delays and assist in claims analysis
• Establish project control procedures and ensure cost and schedule baselines
• Prepare project control reports as per project requirements

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Primavera and Excel
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of design and construction processes
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in teams
