Job description

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to roads, drainage networks, utilities, and other civil infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with local authorities' requirements and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation, including progress reports, material submittals, inspection requests, and site observations.
• Provide technical support to resolve site issues and interface challenges.
• Attend site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support the planning and execution team.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in civil infrastructure works, especially roads and drainage.
• Strong site supervision background with knowledge of local standards and authority requirements (e.g., ADM, DM, RTA, etc.).
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders on-site.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
