Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Foreman specializing in fit-out projects with a solid background in facility management. The ideal candidate will lead on-site fit-out construction activities, ensuring high-quality delivery while coordinating with facility management teams to maintain seamless building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fit-out construction works, including finishing, MEP interfaces, and quality control.
• Oversee site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Interface closely with facility management to align fit-out works with operational needs and maintenance schedules.
• Utilize computer software to maintain daily logs, emails, schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Review and interpret fit-out drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Manage workforce, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Support facility management with preventive maintenance and defect rectifications post-fit-out.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Experience working with or within facility management teams.
