Job summary

A leading infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate bridge maintenance and construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in civil works, particularly in bridge projects, and strong leadership skills to manage site teams effectively while ensuring safety and quality execution of works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil works, preferably in bridge maintenance or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for bridge maintenance and construction works.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assign work to site teams, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance when required.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project engineers on site activities.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate complex matters to the project management team.
