Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to supervise and coordinate the activities of our on-site crew. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and deadlines. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Duties

1. Manage and lead construction crews on-site
2. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
3. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
4. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
5. Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
6. Communicate project progress to project managers
7. Implement quality control measures
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as civil foreman in UAE.
2. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
3. Strong knowledge of construction techniques and processes
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
6. Understanding of contracts and project specifications
