Civil Engineer (UAE National Only)

Responsibilities:

1. Direct day-to-day corrective maintenance activities at project site including daily scheduling of programs and handling the complete resources dedicated to civil works.
2. Ensure efficient and competent handling of resources without losing man hours at site and follow up until every work is completed in coordination with Site Supervisor/Foreman.
3. Assist Project Manager in implementation of corrective maintenance works (from work order receipt to close out period).
4. Chase/follow up and close the work orders in compliance with target finish dates.
5. Conduct inspections at site to record and rectify defects and submit proposals for rectification works.
6. Develop required documents for site implementation such as method statements, cost estimates, and specifications as per BOQ/Contract of current maintenance contract.
7. Prepare/review joint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion of each CM work comparing with plan and actual.
8. Routine coordination with RTA for site issues and undertake joint inspections upon completion of each work.
9. Coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers for the completion of all works on or before time.
10. Regularly study new developments in the construction/maintenance industry and keep up-to-date knowledge in different areas of the domain.
11. Efficiently track and follow up on work orders created through Maximo software and coordinate to complete work orders created by RTA.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
2. Must have a Family book and UAE passport.
3. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced UAE National candidates preferred.
4. Immediate joiners preferred.
5. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
