Job Description

1. At least 2 to 10 years of experience as a technical engineer or tendering expert.
2. Review tender documents, handle purchasing, prepare orders, and check conformance to specifications and BOQ.
3. Consult with engineers, architects, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
4. Collect historical data for cost estimation of tenders.
5. Assess the cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, and track actual costs relative to bids as a project developer.
6. Maintain the tendering process.
7. Implement cost monitoring and reporting systems.
8. Review material and labor requirements to determine project feasibility.
9. Provide technical advice and reports.
10. Salary is based on the candidate's performance and previous experience.
