Job Description

Intelaq Program is a 12-month structured development initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with a comprehensive understanding of RAK Properties' departmental functions. Through rotational assignments, participants will gain exposure to operations across key business areas, understand departmental roles, and support teams by contributing to meaningful tasks. Upon program completion, participants will deliver a capstone project aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in scheduled departmental rotations and engage in core tasks
2. Understand the function, objectives, and workflows of each department
3. Support teams by assisting with current projects and assignments based on department needs
4. Maintain a learning journal and participate in regular reflection sessions
5. Complete a capstone project demonstrating knowledge gained and its application to a real business challenge
