Civil Engineer - Freshers

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design and construction activities, supervising projects, coordinating with contractors and employees, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to execution.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Follow up with contractors, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, and engineers to develop and review structural and architectural plans.
• Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams; prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Ensure smooth communication between different teams and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections, report project status, and recommend necessary improvements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, construction technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel to other countries as required.
