In this role, you will be responsible for everything from initial site assessments and conceptual layouts to detailed structural designs and construction oversight. You will ensure all civil works are safe, cost-effective, and fully compliant with local regulations and client standards.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for everything from initial site assessments and conceptual layouts to detailed structural designs and construction oversight. You will ensure all civil works are safe, cost-effective, and fully compliant with local regulations and client standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the layout, installation, and load-testing (pull-out tests) of driven or screw piles for solar racking and tracking systems.
• Direct the reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring for heavy equipment foundations, including BESS containers, inverters, and transformers.
• Conduct field inspections and witness tests (soil compaction, concrete slump/cube tests, pile alignment) against the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan.
• Enforce company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental protocols across all civil execution activities.

Required Qualifications
