Job Description

• Oversee and manage infrastructure and construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure project compliance with UAE municipal codes, DDA, ADM, or other regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, project timelines, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or other relevant software.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, government bodies, and workers.

Desired Candidate Profile
