Zusammenfassung

Al Bonian FM invites a Civil Engineer to oversee civil maintenance and repair works within our UAE facilities portfolio. The role requires solid FM operations knowledge, particularly hard services, and strong site supervision and reporting.

Key duties include reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, planning PPM and reactive tasks, and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance with safety standards. A UAE driving license and excellent English communication are mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience in civil maintenance or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and manage all civil maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan and monitor PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, material requests and quotations.
• Ensure work completion within SLA, KPI, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports, inspection reports and completion documents.
