Job summary

Al Bonian FM is seeking a Director of Operation to lead FM operations across client sites in the UAE, overseeing hard and soft services, HVAC, plumbing, and energy efficiency while delivering high client satisfaction.

Candidates should have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, 12+ years FM experience with ≥8 years in a managerial UAE role, strong analytical/communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure.
• Manage building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and achieve KPI and P&L targets.
• Develop strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
