Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for project approvals and progress updates.
• Prepare project reports, BOQs, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
• Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, standards, and local municipality regulations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, DM/DDA approvals, and local authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and site management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
