The Role AIG Development FZ LLC is a growing construction and development firm operating across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. We are currently seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (G+4 or higher) to join our team and contribute to the execution of residential and commercial projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality G+4 (or higher) license and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have solid site execution knowledge, permit and inspection coordination experience, and strong communication skills to manage consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and interface with consultants, contractors, and authorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 License (or higher, e.g., G+12)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE construction sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, safety standards, and municipality regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Available to join immediately

Preferred

• Experience in both residential and commercial building projects
• Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality procedures (optional)
