Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Fit-out and Finishing Works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the execution and management of civil engineering projects related to interior fit-outs, finishing works, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering tasks related to fit-out and finishing works.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
• Supervise the installation of building finishes such as flooring, ceiling, partitions, and paintwork.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
• Prepare reports and document progress for management and clients.
• Monitor work progress, budget, and schedule to ensure projects are completed within scope.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to materials, design, or construction methods and recommend solutions.
• Review and approve construction drawings and submittals from contractors.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and local building regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in fit-out and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
