• Supervise and manage daily site operations for landscape and interior projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor construction schedules, resource allocation, and material deliveries.
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with UAE standards and authority regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve any execution-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
