Job summary

Stantec in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Civil Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings for water infrastructure projects, including sewerage, stormwater, drainage, irrigation, and roads. Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or drafting.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman, with 3–5 in UAE.
• Experience with engineering consultancy is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil drawings for sewerage, drainage, stormwater, irrigation and roads.
• Use MicroStation and AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings.
• Update drawings per engineers' comments and project needs.
• Create as-built drawings from site surveys and records.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery.
