Zusammenfassung

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to oversee site inspections, verify materials, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specs, and Dubai regulations. You will document inspections, manage non-conformances, and coordinate with contractors and engineers to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of civil construction, inspection procedures, QA/QC, and effective reporting and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of civil inspection, supervision, or QC experience.
• Experience with UAE/Dubai construction standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications and inspection plans.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Verify materials and workmanship per submittals and standards.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specs and RFIs for technical clarity.
• Maintain inspection records and progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance.
