Job description

We are currently hiring a Civil & Architectural Technician to support maintenance operations at an industrial facility. The role involves performing hands-on civil repair work and assisting the civil engineer with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and minor civil & architectural maintenance tasks, including:
  Repairs to doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and finishes
  Masonry, concrete patching, and small-scale structural repairs
  Formwork and reinforcement setup for minor concrete works
  Carpentry, painting, and finishing work
• Supervise civil helpers/laborers as needed
• Assist the Civil Engineer in executing daily site maintenance
• Follow HSE and plant safety protocols at all times
• Safely apply repair materials and operate tools in a live plant environment

Candidate Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in civil/architectural maintenance or construction
  Preferred: Experience in power plants or heavy industrial settings
• Skilled in masonry, carpentry, concrete repairs, painting, and finishing
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and follow verbal/written instructions
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Safety-conscious and comfortable working in live operational areas
