Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil 3D BIM Modeller located in Dubai. The Civil 3D BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various civil engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Experience in Underground Dry & Wet utilities modelling
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Experience with Civil 3D software is a plus
