LuLu is building the region’s leading omnichannel retail & quick commerce network, and we’re looking for passionate City Operations Managers to drive our on-ground execution. You’ll lead store and last-mile operations, manage teams, control costs, and ensure customers get a seamless experience every day.

Location: UAE / Oman / KSA / Kuwait / Bahrain / Qatar

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage store and last-mile operations for the assigned city.
  • Lead and mentor city teams — including leads, executives, and fleet staff — ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Own operational costs (Opex + Capex) while delivering excellent customer and partner experience.
  • Collaborate with the central team to scale business, implement initiatives, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • 5–8 yrs in Ops Mgmt (E-commerce / Retail / Quick Commerce / Last-mile).
  • Proven city-level ops handling (warehousing, delivery, manpower).
  • Skilled in process optimization, SOPs & cost control.
  • Strong leadership with ability to manage large on-ground teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in dashboards, KPIs & SLAs.
  • Bachelor’s in Business/SCM; MBA preferred.
