The Main Event: What you'll do

We’re seeking a dynamic City Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi and take our processes, OKRs, and other cross-functional subjects to the next level. This person will report to the GM of UAE, playing an important role in the company's growth in both Mortgages & Real Estate. This position will require an above-average balance between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the business strategy, fully owning results and P&L.
  • You’ll be accountable for managing the full sales cycle
  • Manage a team of Mortgage Consultants as well as Real Estate Agents, and hire when necessary.
  • Liaise with Central Ops, Marketing and Product Teams to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives that will help you achieve your results.
  • Achieve targets through effective planning, setting action plans / initiatives, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

  • Have 5-7 combined years of experience in Strategic Management Consulting or fast-scaling startups
  • Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have Strong analytical ability with “test and learn” mentality
  • Led high-performing teams
  • Have good stakeholder management skills, knowing how to influence the change, setting the right expectation, always communicating changes, goals, etc
  • Can crunch numbers fast and come up with insights and possible solutions

  • Never led teams
  • No stakeholder management experiences
  • Not a strong communicator
  • Only slides and no execution / Only execution and no slides

What would be a plus:

  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Experience in early-stage venture-backed Startups that scaled
