Qualifications

• 1–4 years in government service centers or processing applications.
• Experience reviewing applications and verifying eligibility.
• Knowledge of government service processes and customer journey.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility of applications according to criteria and regulations.
• Check completeness of application data and documents.
• Notify applicants of any missing information.
• Monitor status and respond to inquiries from beneficiaries.
• Prepare periodic KPIs and reports on acceptance rates and processing times.
