Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Associate to support the CX department with end-to-end operations and administrative tasks. You will handle complaints processing, QA tasks, and data entry across multiple channels to ensure compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Arabic communication skills, at least 2 years in a similar role, and familiarity with banking or financial processes in the local/MENA markets. Ability to multitask under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer journey process improvement initiatives in the banking or financial sector.

• Knowledge of local and MENA markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for the Customer Experience Department.
• Execute manual, process-driven tasks related to complaints handling and quality assurance.
• Manage reporting, documentation, and accurate data entry.
• Perform system updates and monitoring across multiple channels to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate activities to enhance operational efficiency.
