Job description

The Role

1. Establishing long-term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high-quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
2. Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
3. Ensuring that the company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.
4. Hiring and coaching commercial as well as product development teams towards high performance and engagement.
5. Representing the company with clients, investors, and business partners.
6. Managing a team of 11-50 people.

Ideal Profile

1. You have at least 5 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
2. You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&L and driving growth within organisations.
3. You have working knowledge of CPT coding and/or have CPC certifications.
4. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
5. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
6. You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high-performing teams.
