Job summary

Zooma Properties LLC seeks a creative Real Estate Videographer to produce high-quality video content for residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The role emphasizes capturing compelling tours, social reels, and promotional materials with strong camera skills and an eye for composition.

You will collaborate with agents and clients, edit footage with color grading and sound design, and ensure all content aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, preferably within real estate, hospitality, architecture, or luxury lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of color grading and cinematic editing techniques.
• Experience creating vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality real estate tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
• Capture interior and exterior footage with professional gear.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Produce cinematic videos highlighting features, layout, location and lifestyle.
• Coordinate with agents, brokers, and clients to understand content needs.
• Edit footage with color correction, sound design, transitions, music, captions, branding.
• Maintain brand standards and manage project archives.
• Stay current with real estate video trends and formats.
• Assist with property photography and other marketing content when needed.
