The ideal candidate has 1+ year UAE experience in confectionery or packaging, with strong tempering and packaging skills, and a keen eye for luxury presentation.

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Chocolatier & Packaging Specialist to join our team

In this dual-capability role, you will handcrafted our signature confectionery items—including premium pistachio kunafa chocolate bars, stuffed mini bites, and pralines—while managing both standard product packaging and high-end corporate gift boxing.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to grow alongside a fast-expanding brand into leadership roles such as Lead Chocolatier or Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Chocolate Crafting & Production:

Temper, mold, fill, and decorate a wide range of artisanal chocolate products.

Prepare specialty fillings, including pistachio creams, toasted kunafa mix, ganaches, and pralinés.

Maintain precise weight, flavor consistency, and visual quality for every batch.

Packaging & Corporate Staging:

Perform primary product wrapping (flow-wrap, foil wrapping, sealing).

Assemble, arrange, and ribbon high-end corporate gift boxes, custom holiday hampers, and bulk corporate orders.

Inspect finished packaging to ensure strict luxury standards before dispatch.

Food Safety & Hygiene:

Maintain clean, sanitary work stations and equipment following UAE municipal food safety regulations.

Inventory Control:

Track raw chocolate ingredients, fillings, and packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted daily production.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or Confectionery Packaging Specialist in the UAE.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding techniques, filling formulations, and shelf-life management.

Packaging Skills: High precision and strong aesthetic skill for luxury corporate gift packaging.

Visa Status: Candidates holding their Own Visa / Partner Visa / Freelance Visa are strongly preferred.

Languages: Good working knowledge of English (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus).
