Job summary

Al Reesha Sweets seeks an experienced Chocolatier & Packaging Specialist to craft premium chocolate items and manage luxury packaging for corporate gifts. The role combines artisanal chocolate production with high-end packaging oversight, enabling growth into leadership roles as the brand scales.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year UAE experience in confectionery or packaging, with strong tempering and packaging skills, and a keen eye for luxury presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience as Chocolatier or confectionery packaging specialist in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of tempering, molding, fillings, and shelf-life management.
• High-precision, luxury packaging aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Craft and produce artisanal chocolate items with tempering, molding, filling and decoration.
• Assemble, wrap and prepare high-end corporate gift packaging and hampers.
• Ensure quality standards and strict hygiene in line with UAE regulations.
• Monitor ingredients and packaging materials to support daily production.
