Chinese Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Chinese Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a premium alcoholic beverage company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on the luxury market. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high-end customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, a passion for luxury products, and a deep understanding of the premium alcoholic beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to target Chinese-speaking clients and drive revenue growth.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners in the luxury beverage sector.
3. Provide expert advice on the product range, offering personalized recommendations to clients.
4. Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Manage and grow the customer base by conducting regular follow-ups and offering tailored product suggestions.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
8. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or luxury retail (experience in the beverage industry preferred).
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
