Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to join our catering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of traditional Chinese dishes with a focus on authentic flavors and techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to menu specifications.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
4. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
5. Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients as needed.
6. Follow health and safety regulations ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Chinese cook, preferably with a background in catering or restaurant settings.
2. Ability to cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and dim sum.
3. Familiarity with Chinese ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Candidates from Calcutta or Nepal are preferred.
