We’re looking for a Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) who brings a rare blend of strategic depth and hands-on capability . You will drive the end-to-end technology and product vision , while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure high-quality execution across all digital touchpoints.

This is a builder’s role —perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, can architect scalable platforms, and leads teams by example. You’ll own technology, product, and engineering functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and own the technology and product vision , ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Architect and scale consumer-facing web & mobile applications
  • Lead and mentor teams across product management, design, UX, and engineering
  • Execute a robust and agile product roadmap, ensuring rapid iteration and market responsiveness
  • Implement best-in-class software development practices, CI / CD pipelines, and platform security measures
  • Drive data architecture, analytics, and platform scalability
  • Build a high-performance tech culture, focusing on both innovation and operational excellence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Business) to drive product-market fit
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor strategies
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership on strategic initiatives, bringing a tech-product lens to business decisions

What We're Looking For :

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology and product leadership roles
  • Proven experience in building and scaling B2C e-commerce platforms or consumer-facing apps
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, microservices, DevOps, and agile product development
  • Expertise in leading product strategy, UX design processes, and engineering execution
  • Hands-on approach to leadership — a strategic thinker who is not afraid to dive deep into tech & product details
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
  • Global & regional experience is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Introductory meeting with the Global Head of HR.
  • Leadership alignment & strategic deep-dive with CEO
  • Technical case study / product vision presentation
  • Final discussion with key stakeholders & board
  • Entire process is structured to conclude within 4–6 weeks for the right candidate.
