Qualifications

• Hands-on and delivery-oriented leadership for a regulated financial platform.
• Experience building end-to-end financial-services technology platforms with client onboarding, trading and reporting components.
• Ability to define target architecture, digital transformation roadmaps and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end target technology architecture for the brokerage and wealth platform.
• Lead digital transformation strategy and the client journey from onboarding to reporting.
• Oversee integration of OMS/EMS/PMS/back-office systems and data architecture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and outsourcing governance.
• Manage internal and external development resources and vendor relationships.
