From milestone-based smart payments to AI-driven risk forecasts and tokenized digital building passports, Construct eliminates the friction, delays, and distrust that plague the $7B construction management software market in the region.

We’ve launched a working prototype, secured early interest from prominent developers and partnered with Consultair , a 40-year-old MEP firm. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on technical visionary to help us build the back-end, ship the MVP, and scale this from a validated idea to a real infrastructure player.

The Opportunity

You’ll join as Co-Founder & CTO , working side-by-side with the founder to :

• Architect and build the back-end infrastructure (initially lightweight, scalable)
• Integrate smart contract-based escrow payments (XDC or EVM-compatible chain)
• Design secure, modular systems to power building passports, CORA AI agent, and milestone validation
• Recruit and lead the early dev team post-raise
• Own the entire tech roadmap from MVP to scale
• Shape the company’s culture, values, and product DNA from Day 0

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in full-stack or back-end development (Node.js, Solidity, Rust, or similar)
• Experience building and deploying DApps or Web3-enabled infrastructure
• Comfort with smart contracts, wallets, and Web3 payment flows
• Understanding of (or interest in learning) the construction / project delivery ecosystem
• Strong product sense and UX empathy
• Collaborative energy, builder's mindset, and passion for first-principles problem-solving

Bonus Points

• Experience with XDC, Polygon, or L2 EVM-compatible chains
• Familiarity with AI agents or integrating ML models
• Previous startup, hackathon, or 0→1 product experience
• Based in the UAE or GCC (or willing to relocate)

Compensation

This is currently an equity-only role (co-founder level) until the pre-seed round closes. Salary will be negotiated post-funding. You’ll have true skin in the game , and a front-row seat in building something genuinely transformative.
