About the Role:

We have partnered with a Proptech start-up seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology strategy and execution. The CTO will oversee all technological aspects of the business, including platform development and innovation, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with growth objectives.

This is a hands-on role—serving as the bridge between business and technology. You should be comfortable working closely with the development team and confident in leading strategies and building products from the early stages.

The business is preparing to go live soon, with a strong pipeline of customers already engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms for web and mobile.
2. Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
3. Build and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
4. Oversee system architecture, performance, and cybersecurity to ensure reliability and compliance.
5. Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business vision into technical strategies.
6. Drive adoption of advanced technologies such as AI/ML for personalized experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

2. Expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP), and full-stack development.

4. Ability to lead web and mobile development.
