Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Introduction :

We are a fast-growing digital dental marketing company with a proven record of helping dental practices thrive. Our proprietary SaaS and CRM platforms have transformed patient outreach, scheduling, and marketing campaigns. We are seeking a visionary CTO to elevate our technology, integrating AI solutions across all departments and products.

Position Overview

As CTO, you will develop our technology roadmap, lead AI integration into workflows, and oversee the development of AI features for our SaaS and CRM platforms. You will collaborate with executive, product, and marketing teams to maintain industry leadership and bring advanced AI solutions to enhance practice management, patient engagement, and PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute an AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee architectural decisions for scalability, security, and performance of our platforms.
3. Manage and mentor engineering, data science, and IT teams.

AI Integration & Development

1. Implement AI tools to improve productivity across departments.
2. Lead creation of AI-powered features like predictive analytics, patient data segmentation, and chatbots.
3. Select appropriate AI frameworks and cloud services.
4. Collaborate on optimizing Google Ads with AI-driven techniques.
5. Develop dashboards for data insights to support decision-making.
6. Promote a data-driven culture guided by analytics and machine learning.

Security & Compliance

1. Ensure security practices, especially for patient data, complying with HIPAA and other laws.
2. Implement auditing and monitoring tools for data and AI model integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Partner with product management for feature planning and stakeholder feedback.
2. Assist sales and marketing in showcasing AI capabilities.
3. Coordinate with finance and operations to develop budgets and measure ROI.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

1. Stay updated on emerging AI tech to keep our platform competitive.
2. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices.
• Experience managing SaaS products, ideally in healthcare or marketing tech.
• Leadership experience: 5+ years in senior roles guiding software teams.
• Strategic thinking to align tech solutions with business goals.
• Analytical skills for interpreting large data sets and deriving insights.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR) and security best practices.
