We
are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join myZoi as the Chief
Strategy Officer. This pivotal role is responsible for synthesizing the
company's strategic vision developing actionable plans, overseeing high-impact
enterprise programs, and embedding governance frameworks that facilitate effective
execution across the organization. The role oversees company-wide business
planning, enterprise PMO, and organizational excellence to ensure that internal
capacities, processes, and structures are aligned with our company s strategic
priorities.

Role Purpose

The
Chief Strategy Officer ensures that strategic initiatives are effectively
coordinated, deliver measurable value, and support sustainable growth. This
leader will work closely with the CEO, COO, and the wider leadership team to
drive organizational agility, maximize strategic impact, and ensure consistent
progress toward key business outcomes. This role oversees enterprise programs,
governance standards, and organizational excellence with a focus on aligning
internal resources with external opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Program Leadership

Drive, maintain, and
communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap that alignswith long-term
business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company s financial strategy,
including capital allocation and ROI.
Working with the CEO and
the wider leadership team to set priorities and strategic directions.
Foster cross-functional
collaboration and facilitate issue resolution to maximize strategic impact.
Oversee and support a team
of business planners and analysts to translate strategic priorities into detailed
plans, forecasts, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Design the integration of
external insights including competitive analysis, market trends and regulatory
shifts - into the organization s strategic and operational planning.
Develop a structured
process to evaluate strategic choices and translate high level ambitions into tradeoffs
and milestone-based execution.
Facilitate Strategic
offsites, planning sessions, and other cross company workshops.
Hold the pen on creating
the strategy, the story and the presentations for our Board, Shareholders, and
Investors.
Lead strategic
connectivity with government, public sector, non-governmental organizations, and
industry bodies, focusing on select areas to establish thought leadership and enhance
organizational impact.

Risk Management
& Performance Monitoring

Oversee risk identification, mitigation, and reporting for strategic
initiatives.
Develop, track, and report on KPIs and dashboards to gauge progress and
inform continuous improvement.
Ensure transparency in reporting and accountability for strategic
outcomes across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record in
senior leadership roles managing strategic initiatives, enterprise programs,
and governance frameworks within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong experience leading
cross-functional teams, including program management offices and strategic
planning functions.
Demonstrable success in
translating external market trends into internal strategies and organizational
structures.
Excellent stakeholder
management, communication, and influencing skills.
