Chief Product Officer / Executive Producer

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer / Executive Producer to lead the development of our publishing platform.

This role offers an opportunity to leverage your experience in product development within the gaming industry. You will work from our new office on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, with relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy Management : Define mission, vision, development strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
2. Team Leadership : Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers and game developers.
3. KPI Development and Implementation : Establish key performance indicators to evaluate product success.
4. Market Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis and identify user needs to improve the product.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with game development, marketing, and publishing teams for successful market launches.
6. Innovation Support : Implement new features and enhancements based on user feedback.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience as Chief Product Officer or Executive Producer in the gaming industry.
• Proven success in launching and scaling products in publishing or gaming sectors.
• Deep understanding of game development processes and product management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with a passion for new ideas and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
